The new cubicle was surprisingly comfortable. It was larger than her previous one, and the afternoon sun streamed in, warming her skin. Sarah stretched, the tension in her shoulders melting away as she leaned back in the ergonomic chair. She swiveled, taking in the view of the office. It was quieter here in the Marketing department, less frantic than the customer service floor. A small smile played on her lips. "This is going to be nice," she murmured to herself, already feeling a sense of quiet contentment settling in.

She reached for her mug of chamomile tea, took a slow sip, and started unpacking her things. A framed photograph of her dog, Buster, sat perfectly on the desk. She placed a small succulent beside it, its green leaves a vibrant contrast to the stark white desk. This felt… right.
